The downfall on these is the unloading system. It actually takes longer to unload than to grind a batch. The verticle section and the 90's slow it down, especially with a bulky mix. They don't give much trouble though, and were available all mechanical for quite a while. Dad had a 1150 IH up untill the mid 80's, and it was a great old mixer.
